DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
- Duly filled and signed Admission form.
- 3 nos. of Passport size photographs of the ward.
- Photographs of parents.
- Date of Birth Proof of the ward: Birth Certificate/Passport/Aadhaar Card (Any-one)
- Previous Class Marksheet (for class II to XII).
- Original Transfer Certificate - Previous School (for Class II and above).
- Aadhaar Card of the child.
- Residence proof of both the parent (Any one of the below-mentioned listed docs):- Ration Card/ Voter ID-Card/ Utility Bill/Rent Agreement/ Sale Deed/ Aadhaar Card
- Photo ID proof of both the parents (Any one of the below-mentioned listed docs):- (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/ Voter ID-Card)
- Summary of Medical History in case your child is suffering from any chronic diseases/ illness/ allergy/disabilities.
It is parents’ responsibility to ensure that school has all the information related to medical history of the child so as to ensure medical assistance, if ever required, could be provided without any delay.
